All bonuses at ink89 are subject to wagering requirements. The standard Welcome Bonus carries a 30x rollover on the bonus amount. Bonus funds are non-transferable and expire after 14 days if unused. Full conditions are detailed in Section 6 below.

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally restricted from entering into contracts (e.g., due to a court order, bankruptcy proceedings, or legal incapacity) are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through ink89 or any affiliated gaming platform. Attempting to register while under a self-exclusion restriction is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only on ink89. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, any winnings generated will be voided, and the balance may be forfeited at ink89's discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. ink89 bears no liability for account access issues or delayed withdrawals arising from inaccurate registration information provided by You.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ink89 treats all activity conducted under your credentials as authorised by You. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
If you are aware that a person under 21 years of age has accessed or registered on ink89 using your device or payment methods, you must notify our support team immediately. ink89 will cooperate fully with any investigation and will return any deposited funds attributable to a verified minor account.
ink89 requires all accounts to complete KYC identity verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. KYC is also triggered by certain deposit thresholds and risk-assessment checks, irrespective of whether a withdrawal has been requested.
Standard KYC documentation for Indonesian-resident players includes:
KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 hours under standard conditions. During high-volume periods, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email of the outcome. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a clear explanation of what is required.

ink89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, C IMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds by our payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ink89 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which ink89 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes on average during standard operating hours. Gold VIP members benefit from priority processing at any hour. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are subject to the receiving institution's own clearing times, which are beyond ink89's control.
ink89 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture if the investigation confirms wrongdoing.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ink89 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total betting turnover of Rp 3.000.000 before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may contribute less than 100% toward the wagering requirement.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 14 calendar days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be automatically forfeited without further notice.
ink89 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin or hedged betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation; and repeated registration of new accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, ink89 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, remove bonus funds, and suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s).
Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated while an existing wagering requirement remains incomplete unless the player voluntarily forfeits the current bonus.
All bets placed on ink89 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ink89 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where a live feed delay has occurred, bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error is identified, and bets that exceed the applicable stake limits for a given market or player account tier.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations — including software malfunctions, data feed errors, or human entry errors — ink89 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. ink89 is not liable to honour payouts resulting from a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.
Sports betting markets at ink89 cover football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile). Bandar bola (Indonesian-market football betting) and mix parlay (accumulator betting) markets are available. Settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on void or postponed events are returned as stakes.
All casino and slot games on ink89 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by bet size, timing, or any other external factor. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on ink89 follow a published schedule displayed within the Platform. Draw results are determined by the licensed draw provider and are final. ink89 bears no liability for technical issues that prevent a player from placing a togel wager before a draw closes, where such issues arise from the player's own internet connection or device.
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. ink89 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or acts of war or terrorism.
In all circumstances where ink89 is found liable, ink89's total aggregate liability to You shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, provided KYC is complete and no active investigation is pending.
ink89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Your obligation to keep all Account information confidential and your acceptance of these Terms survive any termination of your Account.
ink89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file, with a minimum notice period of seven calendar days before the new terms take effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
